Draft of new Bylaws
The following document has been voted on and accepted at the 30-October-2018 meeting. (Only one word added from previous edition, "authorized" in section 7.1.)
As well, the newly worded Constitution is:
"The Makerspace Nanaimo Society is organized to maintain a location where members can make things using resources that generally are not available to an individual. To do this, purchase and maintenance of equipment, provision and organization of supplies, encouragement, education and the sharing of experience and knowledge all constitute Society activities."
