Spindle
- 24,000RPM (currently set to 12,000RPM), 1.5kW (2HP)
- ER11 collets, maximum 6mm or 1/4" diameter shanks

E-stop switch failed; unreliable contacts
- 2018/09/02 - replaced with premium Sprecher & Schuh
X-axis stepper coupler failed
- 2018/09/12 - replaced with similar spiral wound-style as temporary; ordered lovejoy-style
Z-axis found slipping/losing position
- 2019/03/xx - replaced Z-axis stepper motor coupler with lovejoy-style
2019/05/xx - X-- & X++ limit switches moved outboard
- collision possible between gantry riser brackets and z-axis now --REQUIRES RESOLUTION
2019/08/xx - X-axis coupler found spinning on ballscrew end
- one set screw found missing, re-tightened remaining set screw
2019/09/10 - B-axis (Y-axis slave) home proximity sensor found damaged, homing procedure not functional
- 2019/09/14 - replaced proximity sensor [1]
2020/03/05 - Spindle VFD fault "EoCn" - overcurrent on longer-running job (30 mins?) - Mark
- unresolved
2020/03/11 - some features of Mach3 not functioning correctly
- STEP JOG mode non-responsive; breaks Mach3; requires restarting program
- MDI input non-responsive
- Single-block mode ignored
2020/03/13 JP - spare parts ordered
- 2x ER11-A collet nuts
- 1x ER11-1/8", 1x ER11-1/4" collets
2020/03/16 - spindle water coolant reported not flowing
- 2020/11/16 - tubing, reservoir, float switch replaced

*2020/08/29 - spindle reported not turning on -resolved; likely VFD overcurrent error; probably cleared by power cycle.

2020/12/01 KS - spoil board replaced
- cam clamps implemented
2021/01/16 KB - ER11-1/8" collet missing
- 2021/01/16 JP - spare parts ordered; 2x ER11-1/8", 2x ER11-1/4" collets
